Parish Center Administrator
Church of the Sacred Heart, South Plainfield
- Provide administrative, secretarial, and office support to the pastor;
- General receptionist duties;
- Prepare weekly parish bulletin;
- Maintain parish calendar of events, schedule appointments and meetings;
- Assist with planning and organizing special events;
- and keep databases, files and records updated in an organized confidential manner.
The ideal candidate will be a practicing Roman Catholic with a sound working knowledge of Catholic teaching and tradition; possess solid PC skills, especially Microsoft Office; have excellent interpersonal skills; and an ability to be diplomatic and maintain confidentiality.
