With the help of Great Lakes Scrip, Sacred Heart can obtain gift cards from participating retailers at a discount and sell them to you for full face value. Sacred Heart keeps the difference as revenue.  For instance, we can get A&P gift cards worth $100 for $96.  You buy the card $100 and Sacred Heart keeps the difference of $4 as revenue.  A $25 card from Chilis nets Sacred Heart 11% of the card value, or $2.25!

The beauty of scrip is that you earn money for Sacred Heart without buying anything extra. Just spend your regular shopping dollars with scrip at the stores that participate in the scrip program!  Scrip can be used for just about any household purchase including food, clothing, entertainment, gasoline and dining out.  All it takes is rethinking how you spend money.  Scrip cards make great gifts for friends, family members, and teachers too.

There are 4 ways to order and pay for your cards:

1. Order online, pay online

• Establish a free account by registering at www.shopwithscrip.com

• Be sure to use the enrollment code for Sacred Heart: C9DBE7L42L367

• Register with PrestoPay. This is a one-time registration and takes up to 2-3 business days to finalize. With PrestoPay you can pay for your entire order, no matter how big or how small, with a direct electronic transfer of funds. This uses the same technology that allows you to have direct deposit of your paycheck or social security check. No need to write a check and have to deliver it somewhere. Your whole order can be placed and paid for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from any computer connected to the internet.

• Fill your shopping cart with gift cards from your favorite retailers and select pay with PrestoPay.

• At Checkout you will receive a confirmation of your order.

• Orders for Sacred Heart will be reviewed and released every Monday night and will be available for pick up at the Sacred Heart Parish Center by the next Friday. Orders will also be available for pickup in the Church foyer facing the parking lot on Saturdays 4:45-6:15pm and Sundays 10:00-11:30am or at the Parish Center during normal business hours, Monday - Thursday, 8am-4pm, Friday, 8am-2pm.

• Orders that have not been paid for will not be released. No exceptions.

2. Order online, pay by check

• Fill your shopping cart with gift cards from your favorite retailers and select pay with PrestoPay.

• At Checkout you will receive a confirmation of your order.

• Deliver your payment in cash or check for the amount of your order

  • To the Parish Center during normal hours (Mon-Thurs 8-4, Fri 8-12)

  • To a Scrip representative at Church on Saturday 4:45-6:15pm or Sunday 10:00-11:30am

  • To a Scrip representative in the school lobby on Tuesday 7:30-8:15am

  • To any member of the Scrip committee. This will need to be arranged with the person on a one-to-one basis.

• Make your check payable to Sacred Heart Scrip.

• Orders for Sacred Heart will be reviewed and released every Monday night and will be available for pick up at the Sacred Heart Parish Center by the next Friday. Orders will also be available for pickup in the Church foyer on Saturdays 4:45-6:15pm and Sundays 10:00-11:30am.

• Orders that have not been paid for will not be released. No exceptions.

3. Order on paper, pay by cash or check

• Print and complete an order form from any of the following locations:

  • From your computer (link to order form)

  • From a Scrip representative at Church on Saturdays 4:45-6:15pm and Sundays 9:00-11:30am

  • From a Scrip representative in the school lobby on Tuesday 7:30-8:15am

  • From the Parish Center during normal hours (Mon-Thurs 8-4, Fri 8-12)

• Complete the form and return it with your cash or check for the amount of your order to:

  • Lisa Thompson at the Parish Center during normal hours (Mon-Thurs 8-4, Fri 8-12)

  • A Scrip representative at Church on Saturdays 4:45-6:15pm and Sundays 10:00-11:30am

  • A Scrip representative in the school lobby on Tuesday 7:30-8:15am

• Make your check payable to Sacred Heart Scrip.

4. Buy cards in person

• A selection of cards are available at Church on Saturdays 4:45-6:15pm and Sundays 10:00-11:30am for purchase by cash or check.

• If the cards you want are not available, you may use any of the three options above to order them.

• We are sorry, but we do not accept credit cards for payment.

• Every Tuesday morning, we will place a bulk order for all cards that have been ordered online and for which payment has been received. Orders are available by Friday at the Parish Center for pick up during normal business hours (Mon-Thurs 8-4, Fri 8-12) and at Church on Saturdays 4:45-6:15pm and Sundays 10:00-11:30am or at school on Tuesdays 7:30-8:15am.
